I’ve had the cooler for 1 month now. The material on the top of the lid is already peeling off. I hope OtterBox will make it right. I love the cooler but this shouldn’t happen.

Broken before we could even use it one time. Bought this in early 2020 before pandemic hit. Since we stopped traveling, it sat unused in my garage shelf for over a year. Finally pulled it down to use for the first time last week. Went to open it up and the latch came apart in my hands. The little stud that holds it in on one side completely broke off (photos included). I ordered this particular cooler due to price, size, and my satisfaction with other Otterbox products. However, the broken latch is a quality issue. Latches should be designed and constructed much more durably. I have not yet reached out to Otterbox yet, but I plan to.

This is a great cooler - but it should be for the price. Holds ice well and looks great. Nice quality and comfortable to carry. Like it better than the yeti and attic coolers that I have.

I have to admit I was skeptical about purchasing the cooler after going through 3 yeti hoppers which is supposed to be the best cooler brand out there according to most folks but their zippers never lasted. I decided to give this one a try and it holds ice well and has lasted longer than the hoppers we have owned. It is used at least 5 days a week to hold drinks while at work and does great so I would recommend buying this product.

Bought this to compare to the 30L. I chose to keep this one. It is a little smaller and a lot lighter to carry! Love Otterbox brand. High quality l!

This is by far the best travel cooler I've had. Lightweight, sturdy and top performance in keeping food and beverages cold for days. The price is worth it especially with the deal of the day. I gave 2 of them as presents and the feedback is equal to mine.

This is the 3rd otterbox cooler I've purchased. Its durable for a soft side cooler, it's like all coolers the ice will last longer if you prime/prep the cooler

It keeps everything cold and it’s a good size it does get a bit heavy when filled up. It was missing the bottle opener.

Will hold a lot of bottled water, Gatorade, Pop at the same time as a full bag of ice. I did find wet moisture as if it was sweating a little bit on the outside on the icebox. Did a good job keeping everything cold. Perfect traveling size.

I bought this cooler right after Christmas for about half price of normal. Can't justify $200 for a cooler but this is an excellent product that will definitely keep drinks cold for days.

I’m a cooler guy and this is the best soft cooler I’ve ever bought...I’ve used it about a dozen times and it has not let me down...Ice retention is great for a soft cooler and has not leaked on me even when tipped over...I highly recommend...

we love this cooler, keeps ice pretty good, use it alot out on the water, usually in direct sunlight and drinks stay cold, keeps ice. Just love this cooler, excellent latch, tens times better than any Yeti

It's the best cooler on the market. It's easy to access & items remain cool. We don't leave home without. It's also useful for bringing things home from the grocery store.

Bought this on daily deal and my son' love this cooler, he stated it was really convenient in place in his car and keeps ice for a few days.

This cooler stays cold for 3 days and has an easy open one hand top latch compared to my 3 year old Yeti zipper. Give this one a shot...they make more than phone cases!

I have one of the bigger otter box coolers but I needed a smaller one to use for work. This cooler keeps ice for a long time and the lid gives easy access.

So I snagged this for 125 to test and prefer it over my yeti hopper good job otterbox The latch is quirky but better than a stupid zipper
