I’ve had the cooler for 1 month now. The material on the top of the lid is already peeling off. I hope OtterBox will make it right. I love the cooler but this shouldn’t happen.

Broken before we could even use it one time. Bought this in early 2020 before pandemic hit. Since we stopped traveling, it sat unused in my garage shelf for over a year. Finally pulled it down to use for the first time last week. Went to open it up and the latch came apart in my hands. The little stud that holds it in on one side completely broke off (photos included). I ordered this particular cooler due to price, size, and my satisfaction with other Otterbox products. However, the broken latch is a quality issue. Latches should be designed and constructed much more durably. I have not yet reached out to Otterbox yet, but I plan to.

This is a great cooler - but it should be for the price. Holds ice well and looks great. Nice quality and comfortable to carry. Like it better than the yeti and attic coolers that I have.
