i have the PAC RP3- GM13 and the PAC SWI-RC that I was using in my 2005 Buick Lesabre can I use the same setup for my 2008 BUICK LUCERNE CXL Onstar, but is no longer active, because ONSTAR said the car no longer supports their upgrade.
