This touch all-in-one is a great replacement computer for our small business. We use it for accounting, CAD work, construction estimating, web development and Microsoft Office programs. It has kept up with what we use it for without any delays or problems. The only limitation I have noticed was the lack of easily accessible USB ports. We bought a USB hub with the computer, but have had trouble with the device connected to the computer. We’re unsure if it is a problem with the device, the computer or our setup.

I have had this computer for about a month now and love it. My kids use it for homeschooling perpouses and my wife for all her work as well. Touch screen features are helpful and the sleek all in one designe scores for men. Really impressed with how easy windows is to use and all the new features it has. I would recommend this for sure.

I use mac as my daily computer. But sometime I need a windows system to process some software. So I was looking for an all in one computer for two weeks. Finally I find this. I bought an open box.It is still really good. After few mouths of use, I only noticed one problem. The power supply always have noisy but it is acceptable.

Speaker are of poor quality, keyboard and mouse very cheap quality, location of sockets for plug-ins are in a very bad location. But the unit is good, pretty fast. Other than the negatives that I've mentioned, the unit meets my needs.

I usually use Apple products, but I thought getting a PC desktop would be good to have for schooling, so an employee helped me choose this computer. I liked the touch screen feature and the quality of the screen. Got it loaded up by Geek Squad the next day, took it home, and plugged it in. I used this computer very lightly-basically connected it to my wifi, researched some things, and watched Netflix on it. The fourth time I used it, I got a message with a blue screen that said it needed to reboot and started to do so. Thought that was weird, so I gave my computer a rest. The next time I used it, I got that same screen. And it happened every four or five minutes. I returned it! Didn't even want to try another one.

The specs on this computer were great. Mid range processor, plenty of ram, and a huge hard drive. However, I took this computer back two days after purchase for a number of reasons. 1. Dust or some sort of debris behind the glass of the monitor. I tried to let my OCD self look past it, but it was so very noticeable. If this had been the only issue, I would have just traded it for an identical system. However, there were other issues. 2. Terrible placement of the USB ports, SD card slot, and headphone jack. They are on the bottom of the monitor. You can not see them, you have to feel around. If you have an average size USB drive, it will be difficult to have enough clearance to insert it. There are USB ports also on the back but who wants to reach around there when you need to insert aa USB drive. I understand they are going for a sleek look (and this PC does look great) but I need usability also. 3. The keyboard and mouse sucks. The keys are ill placed. I use arrow keys and the page up and down a lot with my job, and I work from home a good bit. I have never had a mouse that was so difficult to click. 4. BLOATWARE. It took me forever to uninstall McAfee. I actually had to reset the PC, reinstall windows, because the uninstall program would no let me uninstall it! Other "stuff" was installed also, and the average user does not know how to uninstall these programs. The look is good, the specs are good, but several problems plagued this system and I am glad I returned it.

I had my reservations about an all in one. I had a gift card for Best Buy and decided to go ahead and make this purchase based on the sale price and all the features. Yes, there are a few crazy positions for USB and power button but I don't need to access them all the time. I also have a device with four USB outlets that plugs in so I am not constantly reaching under the screen. For the money this unit is great.

HP - Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive - HP finish in turbo silver. Had my old Dell All-In-One for 6 years - not a bad device but this HP (and 6 years of development) is superior. Faster, more memory and absolutely silent for less money. But then that's what we should expect with technology - right? Well done HP!

My 11 yr. old computer was very, very slow. This All-In-One computer with its high speed is what I needed. And, I will no longer have the problem of my small monitor not fully displaying my accounts info; this new, wider screen is great. I would have given a 5, but I am still getting acquainted with more features. Happy so far.

I have been very pleased with the all in one. It has great memory and was as speedy loading as the associate said. I purchased this mainly for photos and just day to day social media, yet it has so much more to offer that I gave my laptop to my son.

HP all-in-one computer w/ 12gb of memory and a Intel Core i5 processor and 2TB hard drive is ample enough for what I need to do the small amount of gaming. Nice for small spaces don't have the bulky tower getting in the way and the keyboard and mouse are great.

This was the easiest computer to bring home and start using. I literally plugged one cord into the outlet and hit the power button. Large screen, sleek look, fast processing. Overall very happy with my purchase.

The HP Pavilion computer performs smoothly. The computer was easy to set up; love the all-in-one concept. The streamline computer is very attractive and does not take much space.
