I bought it from Best Buy’s website. It was factory sealed.

Menus and dialogue audio will be in English by default. There is an optional download for Japanese dialogue audio that can be toggled on/off once you've downloaded it.

Check the website. It'll say if your local store has it stock, if you can ship it, or if they're sold out entirely.

If Persona 5 did come with a limited edition controller with the game then it would have been a preorder bonus that would have been bundled at a higher cost than the base cost of $59.99 at the time of its original release. Popular series like this will have the base game at price A. Price B with include some stuff like the steel book and maybe 1 or 2 other items with the game. Price C will be everything in Price A & B with some more stuff in it. Sometimes game companies will release limited runs of controllers &/or consoles (with the wires & 1 controller included) as marketing such as what EA did with the limited editions Star Wars consoles or Microsoft with its limited edition 20th year Xbox Series X to be released along side Halo Infinite. Games rarely come with controllers. Limited run controllers either come with the condole or alone.

It's the PlayStation Hits printing, with the red box. Actually fits the game's aesthetic quite well, though.
