I literally spent about 5 hours troubleshooting this thing bc it just wouldnt connect. No matter what i did i couldnt get it to work. I finally just returned it.

I purchased this feeder on a sale and thought it was a great deal. Sometimes I need to travel for a few days or over a weekend; this allows me to monitor and ensure the cats are fed. This failed within 6 months of my owning it. I had an overnight trip, nothing major, and returned to a dead feeder. I thought this would be a welcome QoL improvement but it’s not. I’ve returned to the gravity feeder and would recommend others to avoid this product.

What a joke. This item was bought as a Christmas gift. The giftee wants to exchange it for the water feeder and Best Buy will not support the exchange because it is beyond 30 days. I bought it on dec 11, Christmas was the 25th and I tried to exchange it on the 12th. They would not take it. Shame on you

Excellent specially when I travel. I feed my cats any were

It says cats and dogs but every review is all about cats.. I have dogs- labs -big dogs..would like confirmation this will work for large breed dogs as well !?!

was looking for a 5G compatible device, and it works great!

The first one I had for less than six months and the power failed one day - couldn't get the wifi turned back on. Took it back to Best Buy, and they replaced it. Again, this one failed within 3 months, and i can't get the wifi to come back on (which you need to set the time). Other reviewers on Reddit had similar issues, and nobody has found a solution to this issue. I have to return it AGAIN. Epic fail on this company's part.

Awesome. I would recommend it to everyone. Hope Y'all like it
