Only way to go for a truly epic smart-home lighting experience! While it may be at a higher price point than other brands, I have had the Hue system since their first generation. With the added Hue Bridge, (Which I HIGHLY recommend getting/using opposed to Bluetooth. Especially if you plan on having more than one Hue device or light to control), it opens up an entire world of possibilities. Can be controlled from anywhere, even if away from home, preset and custom automations like adaptive lighting and “Vacation Mode” to randomly simulate someone being home, and countless other options to use. HUE is one of the few brands that has and continues to sync with iOS/APPLE HOMEKIT, as well as your other smart home operating systems. User interface is easy, accessible, and a pleasure using. Too many features to list in a simple review, but all-in-all, this is a great purchase whether you’re starting or adding on to what you already have. If you’re on the hunt for a smart home lighting system that’s high-quality, reliable, and will deliver what you truly want, Hue is hands down the way to go! A little pricey, but worth every penny. I feel it’s also worth noting that only recently I had my first Hue bulb go out on me. It was a first generation, and lasted 13 years. With the added features and accessories Hue is bringing to the table, (including the sync box), is truly changing the game on smart lighting.

I love being able to just speak aloud turn on thr living room lights - and its done. I can verbalize any color and the lights match it. I can also adjust color on my Google Smart home app with a color palette. I've used this brand since Ive had smart home stuff, and I've never had a bulb go out on me.

I currently have 5 of these bulbs and I like them. The rest of my lights are the strips. I do like that I can change the colors with my voice, through Google. I bought my first bulbs about 3 years ago and they all still work fine and I use them every single night. "Okay Google turn on living room lights!" They can even be combined with sensors so they will automatically come on when you walk into a room and you can set a time for them to turn off if there is no movement. All in all, I am very pleased with the versatility of these lights. The lights themselves are just bulbs that can turn on and off and change colors. However, the real power are the various things you can do with timers and sensors. I also have mine set up to turn blue when it starts raining. My living room lights turn red when i ask Google to turn on Netflix. My bedroom lights come on gradually as part of my morning alarm. My porch light and foyer come on when the front door is opened. So, if you're a smart home kind of person, these lights are fantastic! I've bought other brands of lights and one of the reasons why I am willing to pay the premium price for the Phillips Hue brand is because not all LED's are created equal. I purchased other NON-LEADING BRANDS and they literally change the color of your environment. I'm not talking about the color from the color of the light bulb, I'm referring to the odd color it makes everything in the room. These lights allow the true color of what is to remain, unless you choose a different color. It's difficult to explain, but if you've experienced this, then you know what I'm referring to.

I love these light bulbs. Great companion to HomeKit and HomePod by Apple. I really enjoy the options the multiple choice of color. Setting a time for my lights to turn off and on.I love giving the verbal commands to the lights based on my needs. I get to experience as if I am a club through(Hue Music App) lights flash and changes to your music. I think it’s a great asset to a home because it has so much to offer.

These lights are so pretty and very easy to setup and switch to different preconfigured settings! You can also set them individually to whatever color and/or brightness you want - all by using the easy to use app!! We got a set from our daughter for Christmas and then bought 3 more so that we have a full set for our kitchen fixtures! And we got them at a good sale price!

Love these lights. I have the Philip's hue system and sync box for games and movies. I have these installed in my pendant lights at island work space. Then holiday season was very colorful this year. Lots of compliments from family and friends.

I bought two packs of these for my gaming room to sync with music and light up the room. They are awesome and have really made playing games so much more fun. They work with iCue software but they often disconnect from that so i wouldn't really recommend them for that. Syncing music with your computer or Spotify is awesome though! I used to have GE Cync bulbs which were fine because they are significantly cheaper but they were constantly disconnecting from my smart home. I recently switched to Hue products and now i am hooked. They are so responsive and have so many options for colors and scenes. I think the hub really helps with responsiveness. Buying these three packs when they go on sale has made it more reasonable to upgrade to Hue. If you want the best smart bulbs you have to go Hue.

The lights are amazing. They’re nice and bright. The color is phenomenal. They actually last longer than the LED lights I have in my house and I’ve just been replacing them as they burn out definitely worth the purchase a little expensive but they last longer than most LED bobs you’re gonna buy at the store.

I always thought it would be cool to have a color changing RGB bulb. A couple months ago, I got one and I loved it and immediately began thinking about purchasing more lol So I did a couple days later! I kept asking myself, why didn’t I purchase this sooner?! Now I’ve bought three more (while they were on sale). It’s such a game changer for a room’s atmosphere. The color range is great, I love the presets they have programmed in the app (which the app is easy to use) and you can save your own color combinations too! If you’re thinking about getting these lights for fun or to adjust your lighting if you work long hours on the computer and need something more comforting for the eyes, totally go for it!

Excellent product. Very easy to set up and use. We have ours connected with other hue lights in the house and love them. Easy to use app with lots of color customization options. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to add some color to your life!

My entire house is filled up with Phillips Hue. In my entire system I have some 35 lights. Been building it for about eight years now. I don’t normally write reviews but the lifestyle that me and my wife have is great. Have all sorts of effects for DJ karaoke parties in the house with friends and family

Hue Philips hub recognized these as color and dimmable, Alexa did not. This is apparently due to a bug. In the Alexa app, if it isn’t recognizing brightness and color, hit search for new devices so it will recheck the devices connected. The color and brightness settings should now be there. Note: light spectrum is an additive color system. Meaning the more lights and brighter, the more you get to white. To show rich colors, turn the brightness down a bit and don’t out too much light in the same area.

Easy to set up. Love all the colors! I did the whole downstairs and the hallway upstairs and my bedroom.

We absolutely love these lights!! They go from white/soft white/tons of colors and easily adjust brightness. Is a lot of fun to change colors when watch a moving, friends over, or my favorite- Game Day!! When Alabama Plays it’s all red and white. Auburn is orange and blue! A little pricy but they will last a long time and my power bill actually went down the first month we installed all our lights and sensors!

Love the bulbs one would definitely not be enough so I decided to get this three bulb pack. The whites are bright! and the colors are amazing. I have added pictures to give y'all an idea. I would definitely recommend get this box then the single or double box. You will not regret it.

I already have 14 of these lights in many rooms and i love them. Ordered another set for my entertainment setup. These lights plus the play box and the new gradient light strip makes movie time so much fun and enjoyable.

Love these lights! Purchased them to replace a set I purchased years ago. They’re easy to set up and have so many different scenes to choose from. Everyone always compliments on how cool they are! Pics honestly don’t do them justice

We love Hue bulbs. This was a great deal for 3 bulbs. Being able to set a mood with color and brightness is great. And being able to control remotely is nice, so we don't have to come home to a dark house. We did red and green in our living room for Christmas.

This is awesome. I’m enjoying it this Christmas season. My home looks elegant and adds some excitement with the hue lab. I’m for more variety of hue lab. I will buy more bulb next year for my patio and backyard.

Overpriced but I love them. I’m deep in at this point no going back. You’re not paying for the bulb as much as you are the supporting software
