Works well. Long lasting battery No problems. Smooth shave

It’s cuts well and gets the job done , even with different face angles. It’s also lite and can be used in wet or dry situations. You also can take it with you on vacation or the gym it has a lock mode on it so it will not go on if it’s in your bag . Got this at a good price. Would get it again.

I've found this design far superior to the flat head electric shavers. I've never used the 3 head style before so no idea how it compares. It's worked well, easy to use, lightweight so easy to handle, handles the curves of my face well, cleaning is easy, not loud, and simple to recharge. Giving it 4 stars, not 5, because I do have to go over section multiple times, which might be normal for all electric razors.

Love the USB charging feature. Very quiet operation. Stand up feature saves space in the medicine cabinet. Much easier to clean than my previous Norelco.

It's been over 10 years since I've used an electric shaver (both Norelco and Braun), because they've just never given me a nice close shave compared to a razor. I decided to give it another try with this Philips Norelco 5000X, hoping that the technology has improved, but unfortunately, it really hasn't. First, the positives. The build quality is excellent, with a solid well-balanced feel in hand, and nice texture to improve grip. The shaving head flexes nicely, and is easy to remove with a gentle twist (it pops back on with a simple push). The package also comes with a trimmer attachment. The shaver is waterproof, although I didn't test that. The rechargeable non-removable lithium battery has a reported 50 minute run time (and, of note, the shaver will NOT operate when plugged in -- it has to use the battery to run). Now, the negatives. As already mentioned above, this shaver just doesn't shave very closely. I tried running it several times over my stubble, and I could still feel it pretty rough afterwards. Perhaps this is just unavoidable with any electric shaver, but it really shouldn't be advertised as a "close shave" when a quick pass of a Harry's razor can do a much better job. The fact that you can't operate the shaver while plugged in will also become an issue when the battery inevitably deteriorates and no longer can hold a charge -- it'll essentially become useless, and just another piece of e-waste. Finally, the connector with the USB-A charging cable is proprietary -- come on, really Philips? You couldn't just put a USB-C port or even a micro-USB port in the shaver, so that we could use any of the many many cords we already have?

Handle has comfortable feel and shaver pivots around jaw and curves offering a nice clean shave.

Excellent product and good price.. It gives a super smooth shave without irritating my skin, and the flexible heads make it so easy to use. The battery lasts forever, and the quick-charge is super handy when I’m in a rush. Cleaning it is super simple, and it feels great to hold—really comfortable. Overall, it’s made shaving so much easier. Totally recommend it!

Very convenient and comfortable for shaving. It is silent in comparison to my very old Philips. I can watch TV while shaving. Easy to cleanup after shaving . Setting of trimmer look little bit complicated for me. Convenient and quick charging from regular USB charger. In common - very good replacement for my 15 year old Philips.

Works great even on heavy beards. My husband has problems handling things but doesn't have any problem with this razor.

I have found that most electric shavers are just OK and I think many are overpriced. I was able to get this model as a Deal of the Day and it is excellent. It does a better job than the brand name blade razor I use (plus not cuts!). It is also very easy to clean compared to other electric razors I tried. Be on the lookout for it on sale. It seems to appear as a Deal every week or so,
