Hello, I gave my daughter a brush and she has been using it for less than 3 months and the bristles are all pointing to the sides. What options do you have for me as a Best Buy member? Will I have to buy another replacement to replace the top of the brush
Answered by PhilipsHello! Bristles pointing to the sides can happen if too much pressure is applied during brushing. To maintain the bristles, we recommend using gentle pressure and letting the toothbrush do the work for you. Also, rinse the brush thoroughly after each use and store it upright to let it dry. We hope this helps!
