I LOVE my new PS5, it is so fast and updates are so much quicker!

I can honestly say that the PS5 has been a joy to own so far. Compared to the PS4 the load times are faster, the interface is really nice and clean, the resume activity tab is convenient and the dual sense is amazing. It comes with Astro Bot’s Playroom which a super fun display for the dual sense controller. Overall a great console that’s definitely worth it.

I've had this console for nearly 2 years now and it's been pretty good. I love Spider-Man 2, and it's a great title to get with the system. My only problem has been wear and tear with the controller, as my Dualsense now has an unresponsive left bumper.

Went in asking for a ps5 walked out with one the same day !!

Ordering online and instore pick up was a breeze. My order was ready in less than 30 minutes. The in store pick up was seamless as well. The product came exactly as described with the game access code inside the package. So far no issues with the product and the only minor issue was the box had a minor tear.

I now own both Ps5 & Xbox Series X and i have to say i enjoy the ps5 way more than xbox, I originally started with the ps2 and moved onto xbox but after purchasing a ps4 years ago and now a ps5, I’m more at home with my perferred platforms.. Highly recommend a ps5, not just for exclusives but all games.

After over a decade of loyal service, my PS4 finally gave up on me. I had been saving up for this baby for a long time. It is everything that I had imagined, and more. Love the fact that PS5 is backwards compatible. Now all of my PS4 games can played on my new console. No waste!

A great deal on the game and the system, especially if you aren’t concerned about the space this would take up compared to the slim. The controllers run out of battery quickly and don’t always charge while the system is in sleep mode. Give yourself plenty of time for the system setup. It took over three hours to download the game.

Im loving my PS5 to the fullest and what making my experience even that more greater, I have my 3rd favorite comic book character of all time Marvel Spiderman 2 to make everything complete. Thank you Best Buy for making this experience pleasurable.

I bough this open box PS5 and got an excellent deal on it. Everything was still in box, there was no damages to the console, and the free game still was redeemable. I appreciate the provision of open box deals and Hope it continues.
