Customer Ratings & Reviews

Been a year since I upgraded from the OG digital release to this pro. Not a day goes by I regret my upgrade. Gameplay is much more fluid and the internet connection doesn’t drop especially when I’m hardwired in. I really enjoy the increased ray tracing, in games like DS2 you can really see and feel the difference. Cant wait to see GTA VI run on this baby!

The PlayStation 5 Pro delivers excellent performance, smooth gameplay, and impressive graphics. Games look sharper and run very well, especially on a quality 4K television. It is expensive, but for someone who plays regularly and wants the best PlayStation experience available, it is a worthwhile upgrade.

Amazing system, better than the bass PlayStation. I highly recommend the pro edition over the base PlayStation, and it is powerful. It is amazing. You're in the game, you're in the t. V. You are the game

This system is awesome, hands down! A nice step-up over the original ps5. Enchanced games perform much better using Playstation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR), and the 2TB storage upgrade over the base Ps5 is one of the main reasons I upgraded to this system. SSD storage is not cheap these days. If you have a TV (display) that's 120hz or higher, 2.1 HDMI, VRR and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) then this system is for anyone looking to get better gaming performance on Playstation. Im definitely enjoying mine!

PS5 pro takes it to the next level but you have to have a good TV to notice these changes. I have mine paired up with a Sony OLED TV and games are much sharper without dropping frame rate using the most recent PSSR technology.

Awesome Graphics. Pretty easy to setup. Parental controls are a breeze uf ya got curious minds in the household. PS5 Pro automatically senses the TVs best resolution. 4k And up or ur current TVs max settings. Endless library to keep ya busy. 2 TBs of storage is nice as well. The capability to ado more Memory is awesoke. Can use an external drive if ya like. Downloads are pretty fast depending on ur Internet service

Upgraded my launch edition ps5 for the pro and I like it better frame rate and games look better.

Throughout my time using this product (about a month), I found myself to really enjoy this system. The performance is smooth and works great with my TV. The only issue I've experienced is that after a little while of gaming, the system would become noticeably hot, to the point where I was concerned about potential overheating. However, after some research, I found a cooling fan stand (as shown in the photo) that now keeps the system at a much safer, warm-to-the-touch state. With this being said, I would definitely recommend this system to anyone who has yet to get a PS5 system like myself.

I had second thoughts on buying the Pro model since my base Ps5 is still running, but then i saw the performance upgrade and was convinced! The Ps5 Pro offers performance upgrades on some game titles making gameplay more graphic and smoother. The extra storage is a plus as i didnt find a need to buy and extended storage like i did with the base Ps5, it also runs quieter aswell. The lighter and slimer build also makes it easier to travel with!

Is Sony's PlayStation 5 Pro really worth the $700 plus tax price tag, they're asking for it all comes down to the individual what you're looking for. And if you want the best of the best or just a PlayStation 5 Slim I picked up my PlayStation 5 Pro yesterday. I started playing The Last of Us remastered and I got to say with the PlayStation 4 Graphics enhancement. You see a noticeable difference, but it's not night and day. I tried Horizon forbidden West which has a PlayStation 5 Pro patch and the difference was breathtaking as a gamer on the original PlayStation 5. You can really tell the difference between the pro and the regular PS5 and again, it's not a night and day difference. Probably and it would be the only negative I can say about the PlayStation 5 Pro is the fact that at the $700 price point is being offered. There isn't really that many PlayStation 5 titles and I'm talking about across the board in every model that could take advantage of pssr. But Mark Cerny did say they are committed to making the PlayStation 5 Pro a gaming beast and they will release more games to sum up my review. Do I recommend the PlayStation 5 Pro over the slim? I definitely do recommend it. I returned a PlayStation 5 Slim with overheating issues the PlayStation 5 pro has been amazing and I can't wait what the company offers for it in the future and how simple it's going to be for developers to make more games for us hardcore Gamers to enjoy.

This is an amazing console, and I thoroughly enjoy playing PS5 Pro enhanced games with the added features it offers, such as ray tracing Pro and higher-quality resolution paired with higher frame rates. It’s an incredible gaming experience with this console. However, the price could be better since it’s quite steep at retail, and it doesn’t include the disc drive or a stand to set it up vertically if that’s your preference, which you have to purchase separately. In my opinion, the current price should include those items, and there should be a more affordable option that’s digital-only and doesn’t include a stand. Apart from that, I absolutely love this console.

One of the best gaming experiences in terms of graphics—a very modern controller. I highly recommend it; it’s one of my best investments. It feels amazing!

As a lifelong xbox fan, I finally gave Playstation a shot and this put my xbox series X to shame. Incredible graphics, near instant loading times, really cool interfaces, etc. Love it

A Seamless Crossover: 20+ Years of Loyalty Switched in an Instant! Rating: 5/5 Stars I'll start by saying I was a die-hard Microsoft fan for over 20 years. Yes, you read that right – two decades of loyalty to the Xbox brand. However, with the release of the PlayStation 5, I decided to take the leap and switch to the "dark side." I must say, it's been an excellent decision! The PS5 is an absolute powerhouse of a console. The controls are incredibly intuitive, and the haptic feedback is a game-changer. I've always been accustomed to the Xbox controller, but the DualSense controller has won me over. The adaptive triggers, the precise analog sticks, and the comfortable design make it a joy to hold and play. Storage-wise, the PS5's SSD is a revelation. Load times are virtually non-existent, and the overall performance is silky smooth. I've been able to play some of the most demanding games without any issues, and the console's cooling system keeps everything running quietly and efficiently. The exclusive titles, such as God of War Ragnarök and The Last of Us Part I, are breathtakingly beautiful and engaging. The level of detail, the storytelling, and the immersive gameplay have all contributed to an unforgettable gaming experience. In conclusion, I'm thrilled to have made the switch to PlayStation. The PS5 has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade or switch from another platform. Sony has truly outdone themselves with this console, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for the PlayStation brand. Pros: - Lightning-fast load times - Incredible controller design and haptic feedback - Stunning exclusive titles - Top-notch storage and performance - Seamless gameplay experience Cons: None Recommendation: If you're a gamer looking for a premium console experience, look no further than the PlayStation 5. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I was going to wait for the PC version but just didn’t want to wait any longer. So far everything I’ve played has ran really smooth and looked great. If I can’t play GTA6 on PC I had to hav the next best thing. I added disc drive, stand and black plates.

I did a lot of research between the Xbox series x and the PlayStation five Pro and in the end I ultimately chose the PS5 pro and I’m glad I did so the overall picture quality definitely looks better and the amount of space that you get for storage is also better with the ps5 pro the gaming experience is awesome and the online subscription if you buy it, you get all kinds of cool extra features like demos two games that you can play as a tryout trial monthly free games they offer to you to download just so many cool options that come along with the PlayStation five Pro highly recommend this system you will not be disappointed!

This console has made my gaming experience way much better!! I have a lot of more storage to download a lot of games. Quality is the best made my tv look way much clear and better viewing for gaming. Love this console.

Love the new PS5 Pro. It is really good and noticeable with the Pro enhanced games and on a 4K screen. Partnered with the Best Buy financing for no interest for 24 months you can get it at around $30 per month. I added the disc drive to mine which I like the ability for the system to be upgraded with that. Plus you can add more storage if needed too like the older versions

Very smooth gameplay lot's of storage to keep all my favorite games and the best graphics out there.
