We bought this game for my son who's 5 years old and it was very user friendly. I even really enjoy the game. The only problem I had with it is that it freezes at certain points bc we bought it used. It's so unfortunate bc it's really fun.

this game is a classic it has all the classic villains are in here if you want to play a good Batman game this is the first step you make

I've never used Best Buy's pre-owned game service, but I must say I had no issues with the experience or the game. The game is fun, but it did take some readjusting since I'm used to the newer games where player 1 and 2 don't have to share the screen.

We enjoy all the Lego games and this one is as fun as the others.
