Needed an USB-audio interface for an iPad Pro. This provides up to 96k sampling rate at 24bits, and the inputs take both balanced and single sided sources, and can provide phantom power to handle microphones that need that. It also has old-style MIDI I/O connectors. Once registered, you can also download lots of useful software. The price is very reasonable for this capability, especially from a company that is widely respected in the recording industry. You will need to know a bit about recording, or be willing to learn, to make good use of this.

I own a MOTU 828es that has me very spoiled compared to this product. However for the price I paid for this audio interface I can't really complain ($99). The headroom on the inputs and the amplification for headphones is not all that great, but you can still get a decent input signal and also hear things loud enough through headphones to get the job done and get decent recording - again - for the price.

This things great. It's about the size of stacking 3 dvds so it takes up little space. You can connect on 2 channels and record to your pc very clean sounding recordings. You can use pretty much any recording program for it. Ive been recording bad and then vocals for new songs. Totally worth the price.

Solid sound card for price. Theres no power brick , its powered through usb. Its small and comes with most ins and out for basic audio projects and use.

Great digital converter/analog interface. Worked super digitizing some old audio cassettes. Only takes XLR and 1/4" jacks, no RCA so that why no 5 stars. Luckily I have an only pair of RCA > phono jack cables I could use.

This audio interface does not work well with the Shure MV7x. Very disappointed at hissing sound and how low the mic sounds. I know it is not the mic because I have done extensive research on Shure mics. Switched this for the Scarlett solo and that was a mistake. Returning ASAP for Scarlett solo.

Inputs distort uncontrollably. Return denied after about 14 days. Not professional gear, barely consumer grade.
