this is perfect for small areas I have this one spot above my elbow that is constantly sore and I cannot seem to get a whole lot of relief when I try to massage it with my fingers so the small massager makes it is not painful in an area where there is shallow bone also, when I broke my ankle, I was able to use this in an area where there was a lot of fluid that would collect in order to get rid of or move the fluid and it was not overly harsh or hard on that area. it is so light that when I get it out my little Chihuahua love for me too, put it right above his collar and massage him. He usually falls asleep because it’s just gentle for him.

good Yes I will recommend this product it was good and it does what I wanted to do and more it's really nice and I would suggest that would be a good massage for someone who needs it it's really fantastic I'm enjoying it I would like to get another one if it goes back down to the price that I bought it for
