The RackSolutions 1U Heavy Duty Fixed Shelf is built for 23in EIA racks, which are common in telecommunications and broadcast environments and poorly served by standard 19in shelving. It carries up to 500 lbs, 226 kgs, across a 28in, 610 mm, deep surface, which covers tower servers, printers, desktops and heavy test equipment. Mounting brackets adjust from 11in to 31.5in, 279 to 800 mm, so the shelf suits a range of rack depths, and it supports flush or center mounting on 2Post racks as well as standard 4Post installation. It works with square, round and threaded hole configurations. Construction is steel throughout.
