The RackSolutions 1U Sliding 2Post Cantilever Shelf gives access to the back of lightweight equipment without taking the equipment out of the rack. The shelf is 10.3in deep, 261.6 mm, extends a total of 21in, and carries up to 30 lbs, 13.6 kg, which covers laptops, media converters and small network devices. It occupies a single rack unit and can be mounted flush or to the rear of any 2Post or 4Post rack with round, threaded or square holes. Because it slides rather than sitting fixed, it works well inside enclosed wall mount cabinets and in transport cases where there is no room to get behind the rack. The shelf is built from 16 GA steel, fits standard 19in EIA racks, and all mounting hardware is included.
