The RackSolutions 2U 2Post Vented Cantilever Shelf carries equipment that has no rack ears and needs to sit in a rack anyway. The 18in depth takes AV accessories, network switches and small form factor PCs, and the shelf supports up to 60 lbs, 27 kgs. The vented surface lets air pass through rather than trapping heat beneath the equipment, which matters when a shelf sits above something that runs warm. Construction is 16 GA steel with a black powder coat finish. It fits 19in racks in both 2Post and 4Post configurations, and all mounting hardware is included.
