The RackSolutions Square Hole Alignment Washer Kit solves a specific and frustrating problem: a rail with round mounting holes going into a rack with square ones. Without an adapter the screw tightens against the rack while the rail itself stays loose, which reads as installed and is not. The alignment washers lock the rail into correct position so the fastener clamps the rail as intended. The kit contains eight alignment plates with all required hardware, enough for a standard rail set. It works with any EIA-310 standard square hole rack and suits Dell Versa Rails along with other equipment using round, unthreaded mounting mechanisms.
