I recently purchased a Rad Power e-bike and overall I’m really happy with the experience so far. The bike feels solid and well-built right out of the box, and assembly was pretty straightforward. You can tell this brand has a lot of experience making electric bikes, and it shows in the design and ride quality. What stood out most to me is how smooth and powerful the ride is. The pedal assist makes hills and longer rides much easier, and the throttle option is great when you just want to cruise. Range has been solid for my needs, and I’ve been able to ride for extended periods without worrying about the battery. I also like how versatile these bikes are — whether it’s commuting, running errands, or just riding for fun, it handles everything really well. Models like the Radster Road Electric Commuter Bike and RadRunner 2 Electric Utility Bike show how they cater to different riding styles. A couple small downsides: the bike is a bit heavy, which can make it harder to transport, and customer service can take some time depending on the issue. But once everything is set up, the bike itself performs great. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Rad Power Bikes to anyone looking for a reliable and fun e-bike without spending a fortune. It’s been a great investment and makes riding way more enjoyable.

Amazing bike. This is definitely an upgrade to my RadCity 4. The ride is smoother and the power is there. Meanwhile the nfc lock upgrade is awesome, however I have not figured out how to set it up with my phone. Additionally, the color is fantastic. The only thing, which I still may have to figure out, is that the RadCity had a battery lock function while this one it is either on or off the bike. I do recommend upgrading the seat but I think most people do this after they buy a bike

This bike is being used almost everyday. Peddle assist is nice on hills. Long range batteries.

What a bike! It’s like taking an exercise bike out on the road. Really fun to cruise around on. I would get the wide seat with the bike. Makes a big difference.

It is good, though its range is limited; however, it is excellent for use in branches, as it provides 6 hours of charge.

I have ridden many different ebikes and this is one of the best I've ever used! I love how effortless it feels to get going and how smooth of a ride this is. I assembled this bike myself and it was very easy...from in the box to riding it in less than two hours. This ebike has changed how I get around and I can't imagine life without it. I don't think there's a better value ebike out there.

This bike rocks. Feels like an actual product that went through years of development. I've had two bikes in the past that felt alright, but they just kinda seemed thrown together. This was an upgrade I don't regret.
