Ive got john cena in my ears! Lol you can change the voice you hear from the AI. They have been working very well. One or my favorite things is the constant updates that brings new features. I saw a feature where you can ask the glasses to be your eyes and a live human helps you see through camera. Wow ceazy. I did not yet try this festure its for blind people but still amazing to see that feature. I do really hope the ai gets more sophisticated becuse some responces are too basic. Photo and video are great. Would be cool to see a viewfinder on app

I give this 1 star to the quality and reliability of this product. It worked fine for about 6 month, now battery stopped charging so I got only sunglasses.. I was keeping them carefully and now I got a brick. I also give this 1 star to Geek Support and Online Chat support, they made me make an appointment and come to Best Buy to just hear that I have no warranty and I can apply for manufacturer warranty myself. Ok I understood that, the only thing i don't get why they kept wasting my time assuring on the chat that I have warranty and I have to go and make an appointment. Generally saying I had a feeling that these glasses can stop charging or something because it happened few times before that they didn't charge for no reason. I think that meta created very early hype about it, meta needs a bit more apple quality control, they can't just keep producing products without assuring its quality. One more thing is driving make me feel like I see everything not 100% quality, and they are a bit heavy on my nose too

These were everything i hoped for except for the record time of only 3 minutes (my bad for not doing more research). These glasses are great for quick capture photos, pov videos and the built in meta ai is like having a Shazam for visual items. And they're great sunglasses, too.

WOW, this is what reconditioned products are like! It was like new. I expected an open box and sort of second hand. Not at all. - Took me a bit to get it connected to my phone, but that was more me than the glasses. For the Price difference and quality - the reconditioned item is a great value.

I've had this product for a few weeks now and I love everything about it. The camera takes phenomenal videos and photos, Meta AI works like a charm and the open ear speakers sound great. I love my new glasses.
