Brought these in November it’s January and the charging case still works as it suppose to but the glasses aren’t taking charge completely stopped charging I don’t recommend since this is a common issue

Hey there,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
In order to try and get your glasses to fully charge, please try out the following:
- Check and make sure there is nothing blocking the charging pins (located on the bridge of the docking pad inside the charging case).
- Connect the charging case to a power source and make sure its LED lights up while plugged in.
- Make sure there is no moisture on the charging pins - If there is moisture on the charging pins, either wait 24 hours for the pins to dry or wipe them off with a clean, dry cloth
- Also make sure case is charging correctly:
1. Try a different USB-C cable (using a USB-C adapter is recommended.)
2. Try a different power source
3. Try a different USB-C charging plug (if charging from a power outlet and not from a USB point)

Battery life still sucks you can only get 20 minutes of record time before they need charged not much different from gen 1

Everything you seen about the meta glasses online is true. They feel comfortable. they look great, the sound is awesome, and the pictures/videos are okay. THE PROBLEM- if you buy at bestbuy you have a short return window if something happens. What happened to me is my glasses frame cracked after not even 1 week of use. Contacted bestbuy and they said the return window closed and there's nothing that can be done and that I would have to contact Rayban or Meta, but because you bought from Bestbuy, Rayban and Meta doesnt take it. The Solution- if you're dead set on buying from bestbuy, buy the warranty. If not get the glasses at Rayban. Reddit forums have people saying Rayban can either replace, fix, or offer a discount on a new pair even if you bought the glasses months ago. All of which bestbuy can and will not do unless its under warranty. Anytime I wanted electronics it was bestbuy. Now no more. Will be looking else where.

The glasses themselves are well built and the concept is really cool. The audio quality is decent and the camera works well for quick photos and videos. However, there is a major problem that people should know about before buying. These glasses must be paired to a Meta account to work. If your Meta account ever gets hacked, suspended, or banned, the glasses basically become useless. You can’t properly use the features you paid for without access to that account. That means a product that costs hundreds of dollars can turn into a paperweight overnight. For something this expensive, there should be a backup login method or device-level access that doesn’t rely entirely on a Meta account. Until that changes, buyers should understand the risk before purchasing. Cool concept, but the heavy account dependency makes it hard to recommend.

Bought these glasses to record content for my business, but the glasses don’t import your media in chronological order and there’s no way to make them. It just leaves me with a random bunch of videos to try to figure out the order to make a video. Had I know this I definitely wouldn’t have wasted over $400.

Was using the glasses to film my son’s school play, but the white flashing light that I couldn’t turn off was like a beacon in the dark theater. I returned them because of this and the fact that they aren’t really useful.

I ordered Meta glasses from Best Buy on October 9th as a birthday gift for my husband (his birthday is October 17th). The consultant at the store assured me that the order would be delivered by October 16th. However, once I made the purchase in the app, it suddenly said “will ship on the 16th,” which already made the delivery late — but I decided to be patient. Well, today is October 21st, and the order is still “processing.” No updates, no emails, no tracking info — nothing. I finally decided to cancel the order, and to make things even worse, Best Buy is refunding only $379 out of the total $410 I paid (with taxes and fees). How is that even acceptable? This whole experience is beyond frustrating. Terrible communication, misleading delivery promises, and now incomplete refund? Shame on you, Best Buy. I placed a order for meta Ray-Ban’s on the 6th for in store pickup because the employee said it would arrive faster then shipping and it’s now the 18th and still haven’t received my order that was said to arrive the 14th no compensation for the inconvenience and the delay. Now I’m not sure when I’m gonna get my package

Bought em , thought set up was simple ,but couldn't get glasses to pair , try all different ways, try to contact help but just said to make appointment to get help in person from meta , i bought them to take videos of trip i was going on, but they didn't work so they getting returned, set up shouldn't have to be hard especially for what they cost

If you're having problems with the fit of your new AI Glasses, then we'd recommend visiting the retailer or an optician who may be able to adjust the fit for you.
As for the weight, we'd suggest using them for a few hours each day to get used to the heaviness, once it's become more regular to wear them they should start to feel lighter.
However, if you're still finding your AI Glasses uncomfortable with the weight and fit, then you can always return them with our 30-day return policy.
