I used these glasses for only one day, and on the second day they stopped charging. I don't know if the problem was with the glasses' connection or the case's connection. I found the case's connection to be very poorly made because when you put the glasses in the case, they don't fit very securely. You can move the corners of the glasses up and down, which will likely damage both connections over time. The recordings are excellent and have very good resolution. Another negative point is that it only records videos for a maximum of 3 minutes, and if you don't have a timer in front of you, you don't know when the 3 minutes of filming are up. I found this absurd; it makes no sense for the glasses to only record for 3 minutes. I was on vacation and i used it for just 1 day, i'd like to make videos on rolie coasters and now i have zero videos. Of course i will return it when i come back from my vacation.

I bought these with the intention of getting prescription lenses for the frame. They seem to be built pretty cheaply. The bridge is made from cheap plastic, so it tends to slip down the nose. The plastic fusing is pretty cheap as well; you can feel a line going down the frames on each side. The sound quality is decent but pretty quiet. The camera is pretty blurry when taking pictures; you’re not going to get super amazing quality from the camera. The AI is pretty cool but isn’t super accurate. I’d sit and think about what problem these are truly solving before you buy them. They are great to wear for 3-4 hours at a time, but these are not built to be worn all day. It’s crazy to say, but wearing these ALL day will hurt your ears. Honestly, for the price, it’s not really worth it.

As a pair of sunglasses it's fine but for the price, the value you get from other features isn't worth it. I tired both the transition and tinted version. For the transition lense, you can use it indoors to record video but while driving, which is primarily meant be used, doesn't dark enough unless your're under direct sunlight. For the tinted one, it's fine outdoors but that's all the util you get out of and you barely use recording and other features, which only serves as sunglasses. One more thing on importing media: you need to connect to the glasses wifi everytime to import media. No seamless intregration with iphone photos even though it advertises "made for iPhone" on the box.

the build quality was really bad. The right screw gets loose constantly and appeared stripped. I bought a tool to adjust it and the left hinge was great, could tighten or loosen easily, but the right one was stripped and it was difficult to tighten, then loosened very quickly. The app is also very limited. The meta AI is not very good and you can't change it to other AI models so you're currently stuck with Meta. Given that Google and other competitors have and will produce products this year, I recommend waiting to see what else is on the market soon.

This was a disappointing purchase. They do not work the way they should. They disconnect from Wi-Fi and blue tooth randomly and multiple times while in use. The shutter button will click and no picture or video. You can say Hey Meta until your blue in the face and nothing. They are heavy and bulky on your face. Worst 500 dollars I’ve ever spent.

Overall this was too much money for me. I think meta can do better and add more to these glasses. Personally also add more styles. Your insurance should be able to cover them and that might make them more sellable.

I was not able to use the features like the LIVE AI, i wish they would be honest instead of advertising things you may get access to in the future. That is one of the reasons i got the glasses.
