Buying these lenses has been a nightmare. I've returned them 3 times. They stay on, or they don't turn on, they don't do anything, they are of very, very low quality. Honestly, the only good thing is the camera. Thanks to Best Buy, they haven't given me any problems with returns. I'm already ashamed to go back to the store to change these lenses.

Started out as a neat tech gadget. 1 year and 1 month later after always storing in the case, never getting wet, treated with kid gloves, the speakers failed, and could no longer interact with the glasses. Seems to be a common issue with Meta/Ray-Ban support troubleshooting steps not helping. Just out of warranty and busted. Expensive, cheaply made junk.

It sounds like you were taking care of your AI Glasses really well, however the speakers stopped working after just a year and 1 month, that's of course no ideal.

These are garbage. They think that they are on your face when they aren't and they think they are when they aren't. That makes them useless fir what their purpose is supposed to be. They are just regular glasses that you can save hundreds of dollars by buying at the dollar store. Best Buy will not exchange them either.

Video recording is capped at 3 minutes. Battery life is bad. Meta AI cuts you off half way through your questions and responses are poor and innacurate. Too bad because the style of the glasses are nice.

Sadly this is just too slow. The picture quality is good, not S23ultra by any means, but usable. Sadly while you press the button or ask it to take a photo if you want a follow up photo you have to wait as it will make the sond but many photos in between will not be taken. Also very annoying the light flashing when you take photo or record. People start acting weird or out of character once they notice or trying to pose. Not to mention super obvious you are taking photos. Might as well just wear a go pro and take screens from the footage. Also it is only audio feed back no video, or anything like that. Google glasses was way ahead of this.

I bought these glases on the 5th of October, this year for a trip to Africa. I really wantsd to document my trip. Ut just 2 days into my trip and bearly a week after i picked upy pair, they stopped working.

Did not receive. I csncelled this order after the agent confirmed, several times that it would be delivered same day. I called and canelled order at the end of the day. I requrstse manager escalation and that never came.
