Best phone ever i do jot regret my purchase no scratches no dinks thank you best buys

Not happy with my purchase at all. I’ve never bought a refurbished device from a 3rd party seller before. Now I’ve learned my lesson not to ever try to again. The phone had water damage in the camera when I made my 1st FaceTime call the picture was all blurry, don’t understand how they sold it in that condition!! I took it immediately into the Best Buy store QeekSquad & that’s who told me that’s what it was the same day I recieved the phone. Thank goodness I had a wonderful manager at the store named Amari, who helped me get the refund process expedited so I didn’t have to deal with the 3rd party seller & waiting time. Basically it was a HUGE pain & time consuming!!! But I did get my refund.

Purchased as a gift for my son. This phone is beautiful! No sign that it was not brand new. All features work as they should, and it is an amazing upgrade for him from his previous iPhone 12. The camera is simply amazing! No issues at all.
