I really wanted to like this, and was ready for slow refreshes.. but i was very disappointed in the overall performance otherwise. I was reading an art/sketching pdf and a significant portion of the art(pencil sketch lines) was not being displayed on the screen, even after playing around the contrast options. Swiping was also hit or miss, it works sometimes and then it doesn't, I expected a lot more for something that is almost $800. Even black and white text didn't look too great at the kinda lower ppi; I will return this and wait for a competitor to release a larger kaleido 3 variant.

The Paper pro looks are great. If you want to read it works good, the bad part it runs very slow when trying to edit a pdf file or make any type of drawing.

Backlight was very weak and uneven. If you're used to new devices like tablets etc. you'd be spoilt

Instead, it relies on front lighting for a more natural, glare-free reading and writing experience, reducing eye strain. Screen flashes are quite distracting. Worst is the pen feel which is similar to iPad now. I might as well get an iPad!

This product is missing a locator feature. The product is exceptional in all other aspects. I misplaced this device after a few weeks of use and unable to locate. Support basically said I am out of luck other than changing my cloud password. As a result I am out $800. Highly recommend Remarkable add in next version.

Good while it works. Lacks adequate AI features. The screen broke from a 3 foot drop while in the protective case. No repair options, doomed to become a paperweight.
