The steelbook comes damaged, very disappointed. Are you just sent a defecrive item?

Best Buy's delivery service "roadie" cannot read a sign on the main door asking to call a number to get let in. So the delivery didn't happen and now the items I ordered are being refunded instead of attempting another delivery? I also waited 35 minutes on hold trying to contact the delivery vendor to no avail and Best Buy Support said: "Since you want the item, I suggest reordering it again." I asked to be escalated and didn't get a reply. I'm not a hard person to work with, but when I waste my time with multiple departments and people to see if there are any alternatives and get left on read, it's not good customer service. Not counting I have to wait for the refund and have to reorder the item in hopes its still on sale and available.

Bestbuy needs to have their review for services separate from the game because I have no problem with RE4, it is a great game. BestBuy services however, is not. I ordered the game as soon as preorder was allowed. Yet, it didn't come with a steelcase. I contacted BestBuy which they instructed to removed and re-add to see if it worked. It didn't. It also took away the actual pre-ordered bonus with it. 3 times on the phone they promised they could get me the steelcase. Yet, nothing happened. So they tricked me to believe it.

Came with no steelbook or dlc code, but there was a promotion for pre-orders online when I ordered it? Those 2 things were the only reason I purchased here and not anywhere else.

I am seeing many people online get their steelbook, but i didnt get mine nor could i order it seperately. Whats going on best buy?

Game itself is fantastic, but buying here was a mistake. They decided to take away my steelbook preorder last minute without warning and didn't even fulfill my preorder code. If you're gonna preorder something, probably best not to do it here.

Absolutely horrible. Controls are so sloppy. It feels like I am playing a 3rd person shooter from the 90s. Too difficult even at the "normal" difficulty setting. Waste of $20

[Employee of bestbuy] Pre ordered the game and it mentioned it came with DLC and a steelbook. Preordered and showed on my order the products that were awaiting. Day of release picked my order but didn't get the steelbook. Thought it would get here later. Nope, it was removed from the order. Disappointed

This is trash. Don't waste your money. The controls don't transition to the new console well at all. Great game but not on ps5.

Absolutely fantastic game. Best buy however was awful. Preordered as I was very excited for this, and very excited to see it came with the steelcase as well. Confirmed with live support that it would come with this. When received did not get steelcase nor any of the preorder bonuses. Support at that point would not do anything.

I reserved the game on the premise that i would get the steelbook, and after my reserve was complete i noticed it wasnt in my checkout when i talked to customer service they assured me that i would get it but then when my game arrived i didnt get it

I'm sorry as much as i wanna give this game a better review i can't because I didn't like the game it was too confusing but overall it has good graphics

The only reason I preorded in January was to secure the steelbook case, however, it was removed from my order without any kind of notification. Very disappointing.

I havent received my dlc code yet not cool best buy. I would have got it at gamestop for all of this

Pre-order didn't come with steel book like it showed online.

Store sold me a counterfit game. Bought the game and left it pending for a few months. Finally tried to play it only to have several disc cannot be read messages. Disc has a strange texture to it and smells like it was recently printed. Two separate ps5 consoles did not recognize this disc.

Games fine , just didn't get any of my pre order bonuses , wont be pre ordering from best buy any more .

Didnt have game available on release day, ended up going out and buying a second copy and beating it before the best buy one even came in
