These are the best gaming headphones i have ever had.

This was my first experience with a rig headset and it was pretty great with a few minor flaws. First off the comfort was phenomenal and never hurt on long sessions. The wireless charging base was great and battery life lasted all day. The mic was crystal clear and the flip to mute was great. Only flaws were the headset didn't have a loud enough volume to compensate for the impactful bass. The highs and mids would have shined more with some more decibels to bring it to it's full potential. Shame because like most almost great headsets for gaming are lacking volume to get the full emersion that each headset has to offer. When will these companies learn.

[Employee of bestbuy] Not sure if it was bad because it was refurbished or if the headphones itself are bad but i had numerous problems one being that it wouldnt charge and if it did it took an hour to get 1/4 battery

Had mine for 5+ years (at least 10,000 hours of use). Still work flawlessly and holds long charge on quick recharge time. The 24 hour estimate per charge is conservative (at least 30 hours is my experience). Boom mic is adjustable and flips up into the mute position with a definitive click into mute status and a beep to confirm muted. Really light weight. No hot ears as the cups are breathable and large/deep. Mic noise cancelling works great and doesn't pick up ambient sounds in the room like a fan or music. Every time I've confirmed with the group on ambient noise that nothing (within reason) is picked up by the mic. They work so well I bought another set for my son about 4 years ago and that set is still running like a champ as well. Chat mixer is the best I've used: Simple and quick to adjust. 4 EQ presets with crystal clear highs and mids. Bass is bass in a gaming headset. Can probably find bigger bass elsewhere. Itself sufficient and very clear. I'll take accurate sound over decibels if I have to choose. The bass is 8.5/10 when running Atmos. These headphones are one of the best tech purchases Ive made in years, especually when considering the $.

For what they cost, i expected more. These arent near loud enough, which is the most important thing in my mind. Also, you cant connect them to your phone or any device that doesnt have a USB drive. That being said, they are very comfortable, and the battery seems to last all day. The flip to mute mic is nice.

It's working fine but the new design is bad to power on it's now a long press button instead of a switch the ear buds isn't cloth it's the cheap material that strips and falls apart and the volume is an infinite scroll wheel meaning it can break without you knowing and everytime you turn the head phone off it resets the volume to the lowest volume I don't recommend this head phone to anyone this was my favorite gaming headset company not anymore though get something better that won't break on you
