I got this to replace the S7maxV ultra. This robot has horrible sensor bumps into and eats everything. Vacuum suction although unknown was suspected to be higher, left crumbs and hair all over the floor. Still an upgrade from Roomba’s I have had however I returned this for the S8maxV ultra.

Thanks for your review and we are sorry about this issue caused.
The robot is able to recognize and avoid obstacles larger than 3 cm in height and 5 cm in width. If an obstacle is too small in size, the robot may fail to recognize or avoid it.
We will keep collecting users' feedback and testing learning samples to enhance the obstacle - avoidance strategy and recognition accuracy.
For the issue you mentioned this device fail to collect all debris, may I suggest you switch cleaning mode to MAX, put some cereals or biscuits on a light-colored hardwood floor to see if it could collect most of them? If couldn't, could you please contact with our official support team for further help?

Great vacuum robot! Little sensitive with shoe strings and such but easy to get going again. Can climb rugs amazingly! Mopping function is great!

Got stuck on stuff a lot. Cord, guitar stand etc. Didn’t do a great job getting dog hair out of carpets either. Clogged a bunch and rolled it into a dreadlock and jammed it.
