Does the shape of the HDMI ADAPTOR have to be exactly the same shape as the adaptor on the end of the monitor (SAMSUNG SYNC MASTER 204t). This is to adapt an old monitor to a new HP OmniDesktop - AMD Ryzen computer. Adaptor is 1140221 w/cable.
