About this product

The ROG XBOX Ally X20 is the most advanced gaming handheld. A larger 7.4-inch OLED display brings perfect blacks and HDR highlights to every game so games look richer and more to see at once. The controls have been rebuilt from the joysticks up, using sensors without physical contact points so nothing inside wears out and causes drift over time. The ABXY buttons are reshaped around the way your thumbs move in between more smoothly. Finished in translucent black and gold, it's a collector's edition that carries two decades of ROG into the most capable Ally ever built.

Features

A FULL WINDOWS 11 PC IN YOUR HANDS
Every store you already buy from works here: XBOX, Steam, Epic, Battle.net, GOG, indies, modded classics. Games you bought years ago are already yours. Armoury Crate Special Edition brings them into one controller-first library.
THE FIRST ALLY WITH OLED
The all-new 7.4-inch ROG Nebula HDR Display is a true OLED panel, so blacks are genuinely black and shawdow detail stays visible. The HDR reaches 1400 nits of peak brightness, making explosions, sunsets, and neon signage pop off the screen.
AAA GAMING THAT TRAVELS
The Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme directs power where the game needs it, with its largest gains at the low wattages handhelds actually run on. AAA titles stay playable on the move, and because the Z2 Extreme delivers more performance at the low wattages handhelds actually run on, the 80Wh battery keeps game sessions going well anywhere you play.
GRAPHICS THAT DON'T NEED A TOWER
16 RDNA 3.5 graphics cores sit on the same chip as the CPU — no discrete card, no desktop. Auto SR upscales frames rendered at lower resolutions, so games look sharper and play smoother.
TWENTY YEARS OF ROG, IN ONE EDITION
The X20's design tells the story of the anniversary. The black chassis reflects the strength and precision that has defined ROG from the start. The translucent finish shows the engineering inside as a nod to innovation, and the gold celebrates twenty years of premium craftsmanship on display. A ROG 20th Anniversary badge makes it part of the limited Edition 20 lineup and one of the few ways to own a piece of this milestone.
CONTROLS BUILT AROUND YOUR THUMBS
The new TMR joysticks track a magnet instead of a physical contact, so nothing wears down and drift never sets in. The D-pad rotates by hand between a strict four-way cross for platformers and a new eight-way input for fighting games. Domed ABXY buttons finish flush so your thumb slides between inputs more smoothly.
STORE MORE AND LOAD QUICKER
Store your full library and load faster with 1TB SSD and 24GB of LPDDR5X 8000 RAM. Keep your favorite games installed, switch between apps instantly, and enjoy smooth gameplay without slowdowns.
2 MONTHS OF XBOX GAME PASS PREMIUM INCLUDED
A great value in the box with over 200 games across XBOX and PC, ready to download on day one. *Terms apply
ONE CABLE TO A FULL SETUP
One USB-C port, three ways to play. ROG XREAL R1 Gaming AR Glasses (sold separately) plug straight in for a 171-inch virtual screen, no dock required. Monitors and TVs connect over the same Thunderbolt 4 compatible USB4 port with DisplayPort 2.1. The second USB-C port keeps you charged, and microSD Express adds storage you can play from.
