Did not work out of the box. I could feel the water heating up (through touching the outside of the device) but the steam wouldn't evacuate. It was almost like it was clogged. I emailed the company (Rosewill) and they offered to replace it for free. Just received the replacement in the mail - if this one works I will update my review.

DO NOT BUY this MOP! The first steam mop I received was really good at "chattering". No steam, only chatter. I contacted the company and after proof the mop did not produce steam, they had me cut the cord to prove I couldn't use it. They then sent a new steam mop to me. The new one does the exact same thing. Only chattering. I contacted them again with this issue. They said I needed to return the mop so they could identify the problem. I have to pay for shipping even though none of this is my fault. (I guess it is my fault I ordered the Rosewill Steam Mop to begin with.) This is the response I received from them: "We do not pay for warranty shipping unfortunately as we are paying for the cost of the replacement unit." So apparently it is my fault they produce a faulty product. Customer service was good the first time, but not the 2nd time. Avoid at all costs. The company does not stand by their cheap products. If I could give it negative stars, I would. If Best Buy allowed videos, I would download proof of the "chattering". Stay away from Rosewill products. You have been warned!

This product is cheaply made, but works as advertised. Unfortunately, steam isn't all that effective in cleaning my tile, as it turns out. These things are ok, just not something I feel I really need.

Great idea, just leaves streaks when using as a mop. Maybe I need to put floor cleaner on the floor first then use it. I dunno.

After purchasing I waited too long to open and use it, once opened it only blew steam for 15” then clicked

First time out of the box doesn’t produce steam defective outof the box

It's a piece of junk. I had it several days before I had a chance to unpack the item and use it. First of all it does not steam at all and it shuts off every 30 seconds. I only used distilled water and it makes a weird chattering noise while it is running. I have used steam mops before but this one is terrible.

This mop has not worked properly since purchase. I contacted Rosewill and they did not help much

Purchased this item and my wife tried it and she loves it, works as advertised and floors are extra clean.

Works good I buy again told all my family it does the job good valve

Never made mopping so easy it get hot face and fantastic and clean
