This dual layer chicken nesting box is made from solid fir wood and measures 47.2 inches long by 18.5 inches wide by 35.4 inches tall. Eight compartments give 16 to 32 hens room to lay, while eggs roll through inner holes into grid trays that keep them clean.
Eight compartments across two levels give 16 to 32 hens plenty of room to lay, so you can house a larger flock without crowding your coop.
Eggs glide through the 2.2 inch inner hole of each compartment onto a grid tray, which keeps them clean and makes gathering quick and simple.
Every layer includes two perches that let hens stand and rest naturally, which helps them settle in and encourages steady laying.
The fir wood frame creates a sturdy, natural looking space, and the raised base lifts the box off the ground to guard against dampness.
The overall size is 47.2 in L x 18.5 in W x 35.4 in H with a 44.1 in L x 17.3 in W inner area, and assembly is required.
