No need for it. If you install it, it makes too much noise and need to remove certain screws In order to troubleshoot the washer.

Ok im going to say what I think the service from best buy delivers is bad normally I don't read reviews i buy what I like but this is the worse experience with best buy

These are seriously way too short and rather worthless. Waited 4 weeks for these after a seriously messed up order and them being left off during our first order. Basically Don't waste your money. About as small as a 2x4.

This pedestal was not designed well for use with the washer. It is incapable of providing a balanced foot print during washer spin cycle. The result of the issue is lots of high pitched squeaking when the washer spins. Told my significant other to not buy a Samsung product because they are notorious for bad designs and low quality assembly. DONT BUY SAMSUNG!

A waist of money. Idk if the delivery guys didn't install as directed but most of the covers for screws has falling off. I know they bent the bottoom, but it doesn't look like they have any support in the middle. I wish I could get my money back

i gave it a one star because the guys dropped it off and it is still in the box. i cant get them to come out and but it on the washer

Does not raise machines high enough. We returned these for the bigger ones that are also used as a storage space

Though I wish I could give an honest review of the product, unfortunately, something I ordered at the beginning of March won't be delivered until the end of April after receiving 3 different delivery dates: March 31th, April 7th, and now April 21st. Furthermore, because of this "delay" my washer I ordered on February 23rd is also being delayed unless I want to incur another delivery charge for the pedestals. I was told when I ordered them they were in stock at the store and they would be delivered on the 31st. Then when they transferred me to their Customer Service to finish my transaction, the terms changed. Needless to say, I'm not impressed by this process, and this is now the second time Best Buy has done this to me. Here's a suggestion, if you don't have a product in stock, then don't sell it. My poor rating is based on the service from Best Buy.

this review is about the Samsung - 6.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and FlexWash - Black stainless steel, which is not letting me write another review. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG FLEXWASH, IT IS JUNK! 3.5 years of ownership and nothing but trouble. When still under warranty, Samsung sent company who, not only did they not repair the problem, they broke a different piece without repairs. Samsung specific repair person came and did remedy they issue but this model is temperamental, too little clothes, throws a code, too many, throws a code. 3.5 years in to ownership, throwing a code saying in has a clogged drain, which it isnt, NEITHER UNIT WILL WORK! 3.5 years and $1400! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!
