Seriously, I needed to replace my over 17 yr old washer (it was not repairable anymore) and ordered a Samsung Front Loader as a Replacement. I know that the items have a long lead time now (I ordered quickly after the breakdown, but it was still over a month to get this delivered). One thing I am putting also on Samsung's site, is that this is WAY TOO SHORT for the purposes of a full size laundry and doesn't lift the door opening to the drum to a level that is accessible for those with disabilities (Whether you are using a wheelchair or even walkers/crutches). It only lifts the door to a total of 15 inches above the ground level (and the drum depth is lower than that too). This in fact, even with child locks, makes it easy to have a child crawl into the opening, and given that elders are now looking to purchase these new front loaders that are way too low, it makes it difficult for those with arthritis or fused spines, or even taller than about 5 ft tall to access everything inside the drum after the wash. Solution (which is not really a great one) is to purchase one of those extender grab bars and use it to pinch and grab the items out of the washer once the cycle is complete. YES, I have one of these now dedicated to my laundry room (since I can't afford to renovate the laundry area to build in its place a more accessible step up to mount the washer upon). Bottom line, if you are taller than 5 ft tall (plus minus a couple inches), these new devices are just too SHORT to be comfortable to use.

Worked well on the washer. Recommended professional installation since the washer is heavy. Did not fit properly on the dryer. The dryer feet are different than the washer and don't clamp down correctly. It works but the dryer moves quite a bit and is pretty noisy because it is loose on the pedestal. Two installation crews didn't know what to do to fix it.

These are meant to raise the washer and dryer up enough to be comfortable but offer no other function. Should be included by default since they aren't stackable.

Didn’t make a big difference with height and your can’t store anything in it

They work. Not any big difference from having your washer/dryer on the floor. I made this purchase because it was a bundle deal. Would not buy if I didn’t get the steep discount.

We have already had to have them replaced because of the front panel falling off. Wish they made taller ones for the washer and dryer we have.

We were diappointed in the pedestals and had hoped they would be taller. They have no drawers also

These were the only pedestals available for our washer and dryer, they only raise them 6 inches
