Set up was very easy, when I began to use the lower oven, I noticed a buzzing sound from the top oven. Once I open the upper door the sound goes away. I do not like that once the timer goes off the oven stays on instead of shutting off. I

Bought this model because the black stainless steel matched my refrigerator. First time I cooked in it, it worked great. Then the sound of the timer and the pre-heated sound was very low. Samsung is being very difficult to work with and keeps giving new tickets numbers for service, but then won't call me back to tell me their tech departments' results. Most every appliance and electronics in my home is Samsung, but the wall oven most likely will be the last Samsung we buy.
