THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL OVEN - IT WORKS GREAT - BUT !!! I HAVE HAD THIS OVEN FOR 4 MONTHS - I HAVE ONLY USED IT TO BAKE COOKIES AND HEAT FROZEN PIZZAS - THE OTHER DAY I MOVED THE RACK TO ADD 2 FROZEN PIZZAS TO THE OVEN AND FOUND THAT THERE IS A CHIP IN THE ENAMEL WHERE THE RACK SITS ON IT - MY LAST OVEN WAS A FRIGIDAIRE - I HAD IT FOR 19 YEARS - NOT ONE FLAW INSIDE OF IT - I WAS SO EXCITED TO UPGRADE TO A NEW OVEN AND FINALLY DECIDED ON THIS ONE AND THIS IS WHAT I GET - SAMSUNG REFUSES TO HELP ME - REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MANUFACTURER DEFECT !!! ALSO, THE METAL FRAME OF THIS OVEN MAY BE FINGERPRINT FREE BUT IT IS NOT SCRATCH FREE !!!

Terrible 3rd party delivery. Took me weeks to resolve. No-one knows what to do about it. And Samsung does not honor guarantee fit rebate.

The oven itself seems to be great, but the installation was hugely disappointing. We had a 21 yr old 30" JennAir wall oven, and after removing it, the Samsung was smaller than the existing cabinet cutout. The Best Buy installer did a "temporary install" and said he was referring to another team to fix the installation. We have not heard from this other "team." Very disappointed.

Delivery so late and a lot of problems about order status

BEWARE SAMSUNG DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS PRODUCTS! The day after installation the oven had turned itself on to self-clean mode and burned up the paper and tape inside the oven. A Samsung technician said the unit needed to be replaced. Samsung told me physical damage was not covered by warranty and that they wouldn't warranty the unit. So now I have a wall oven that doesn't work. Home Depot has told me that because it's still covered by the Samsung Warranty they won't cover it either.
