Very very disappointed with this purchase. This should have NEVER been rated open box excellent condition. Let’s start with the exterior of the fridge…. Scratches EVERYWHERE! Shallowing denting on the left side. Makes me sick my “new to me supposed excellent fridge” looks TERRIBLE. The metal plate at the back of the fridge was all bent up. We had to try to manipulate it back into shape the best we could. Inside of the fridge was very disappointing and gross. Clearly someone “used” this fridge and it was not cleaned well. To sum it up this thing was scratched all over bad… and was sorry with mold. How disgusting to sell that. The shelving placement in the is awful which is clearly an engineering issue. I wish we would have unwrapped and looked at the fridge sooner because it definitely would have went back. This was a replacement fridge for my brothers house who passed away. I’ve had a lot on my hands and installing it immediately want a concern because it was supposedly in “excellent” condition. I have never regretted a purchase more in my life than this! Wish I could add more pictures and my video for more clarity on it condition.

Before I purchased this refrigerator, I measured both my door frame and the actual refrigerator. I even went into the store to see measure it in person. Sure it would fit, I purchased it and paid for delivery and installation. On the day of the delivery the installer looks at my door and states it won't fit. My husband asked them to attempt to bring it in (it was still on the truck) because we were sure it would. They said no, and that it wouldn't fit. It was returned. The next day I went to my local appliance store and gave them the measurements of my door. They suggested THE SAME REFRIGERATOR. I explained to them what happened, they assured me it would fit. A few days later it was delivered and low and behold fit right through the door. No problems. Not even a tight fit. I was happy to have a new fridge but so disappointed in Best Buy's customer service. Their ineptitude cost me an extra week without a refrigerator and another day taken off of work for delivery. I actually do have this same exact model and I love it. The fridge is GREAT, just get it from somewhere other than Best Buy

We have had this refrigerator for three months and have experienced multiple problems with the water dispenser where it will not dispense any water unless the filter is removed, the water is shaken out of the filter, then reinstalled. We first tried installing a new water filter, even though it should not need to be replaced for about six months of service. About a week after installing the new water filter, the problem where water was not being dispensed reoccurred. We then placed two service calls with Samsung who subsequently sent out a service technician. We were advised that the water pressure was too low to dispense the water and that the water should be dispensing at a rate of 8 oz. in 10 seconds. He recommended that we replace the copper water tube with a new ice maker water line which is connected directly to the valve from the main water line. We installed the new ice maker water line and can now achieve the 8 oz. in 10 seconds dispensing rate. About a week after installing the new water line, the problem where water was not being dispensed reoccurred once again. After removing the water filter, shaking out the water, then reinstalling the water filter, water is dispensed at the recommended rate. What is ironic is that the ice maker will still produce ice. We never had an issue with water pressure with our old refrigerator.

I've had my fridge replaced twice already all for the same reasons as everyone (water dispenser). Odds are, I will probably need it replaced again. Although, so far it's lasted the longest. With this replacement, it had a couple of small dents. I would usually be very upset, however, it's still working so I rather it work. Dents aren't that visible. Probably one of the worst fridges you can get.

I am sorry to report that my experience to buy a new Refrigerator has been a struggle; not because of BEST BUY but due to the lack of quality of SAMSUNG proldujcts. So far, I am going on my third refrigerator and 1 1/2 month of hassle exchanging fridges on accojunt of SAMSUNG's not poor but bad quality products. While BEST BUY amd their stadd has succesfully tried to mitigate the agony suffered by me and my family, the fact remaikns that SAMSUNG as a manufacturer of refrigerators leaves a lot to be desired. BEST BUY however, has proven their commitment to deliver anm excellent service and support for the products they sell iknm their stores. Three refrigerators and still counting.

All, I can say is, it makes ice and it keeps things cold, the water dispenser doesn't work. We waited for this unit for a month, because the first one, the exact same model, the water dispenser didn't work on it either and they can't fix it. Thankfully Best Buy is allowing us to upgrade to something different, but another month of having to buy water is getting expensive.

Purchased in Oct 2021 and have had 6 service calls, water dispenser didn't work, ice maker drops ice while freezer is open (still not fixed) and now the refrigerator is DEAD. the main board is fried and that killed the condenser so they told me it needs a new condenser. I called customer service and told them I want a NEW refrigerator and they said to call back in 24 hour when my service ticket is closed. I am without a refrigerator and Samsung doesn't care in the least. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL!!

Add me to the list of water dispenser problems. The first refrigerator dispenser didn't work at all. We got a replacement refrigerator and the water dispenser worked for 4 days. There are 9 reviews for this fridge, 8 of them with the same problem. What are you going to do about it Samsung?

Love the space, but the water stopped working days after getting it. ice maker kept working the entire time. We wiggled the filter and it started working. Next day, stopped. Best Buy brought us a new one and it stopped the next day. We tried both for a few weeks until we just sent it back and ordered a different one. Best buy has been amazing to deal with, but do not waste your money or time on this product.

I've never had an issue with Best Buy until I purchased an appliance from them. The process was horrible! After 4 weeks of going back and forth on delivery, I finally canceled the purchase. In addition, I was refunded the money on the refrigerator. Still, I have not been refunded on the delivery charge or water kit as their system shows the product is still "out for delivery." This was a considerable inconvenience all around and disappointment from a big box retailer like Best Buy.

I have had it three weeks. The Best Buy installers were little more than delivery men. I had to hook up the water line myself. They told me they were not allowed to touch plastic lines and their ($39.99) stainless steel water line was too short to use. I still need to take it back. The water dispenser worked briefly. Three weeks and three repair visits later, it worked for one day and I have to call them back. May just tell them to come and get it.

Same issue as everyone else. Water dispenser doesn’t work. New fridge came this morning, also doesn’t work and had a dent. When I purchased, there were no reviews yet, now plenty all with the same issue. Lady on the phone had a horrible attitude, $2k fridge and it’s going back! Disappointed to say the least.

Seemingly like everyone else, our water dispenser worked once then stopped working. Oh...this was after we replaced our original fridge because ice and water didn't work. So we've had two fridges. Both of which wouldnt dispense water.

First fridge was defective upon delivery, constantly beeping and watet would not dispense, the fridge thought a door was open constantly. Second fridge now will not dispense water after working fine for 3 days. Repair man scheduled. Will update review after.

Water dispenser disnt work when they delivered. Sent two different people out sisnt know why, Samsung contacted and fixed. Two days later no water coming from dispenser again. I called best buy and they are gonna replace it. Hope next one works.
