Q: Does Samsung aware of the water dispenser problem with this model, as described in two reviews?
A: They are now and Samsung will send a tech out to replace the "upgrade" for this model (not) with a part used on all other Samsung refrigerators. It took them maybe 20 minutes and my water has been working for a week now, I am cautiously optimistic. Don't bother with Geek Squad, go directly to Samsung if you choose to keep the fridge.

Q: does ice maker shut off automatically when full
A: No it doesn't even fill up i will be calling on that issue
A: Not sure if they have fixed it or not… But they got to be aware of it…. A tech told me that for such a high quality fridge that 90% of the water dispenser problem is just the water line entering the back has around a foot or so of it is freezing. They need to just insulate at least that section of it.

A: Yes the Samsung 22 cu ft refrigerator is magnetic on the front.
Q: How do the top doors open? no handles, no openings anywhere?
A: There is a recess in the top of each door for opening.

A: Hello PJY, you can turn the ice maker feature on/off by pressing the ice maker icon. A: Run away!!! The installer just left my house this afternoon, after installing my second Samsung unit and NO the water problem isn't fixed. The refrigerator would be awesome if they could get it right, but apparently they can't.
