I'VE HAD THIS WASHER TWO WEEKS SHY OF A YEAR NOW, AND IT HAS NEVER GIVEN ME ANY TYPE OF ISSUE THAT YOU WOULD CALL A PROBLEM, AT ALL. GREAT WASHER I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO EVERY AND ANYONE.

I love my new washer. It's quiet and runs efficiently while cleaning my laundry. I love the fact that it can handle larger loads and easily has room for my bedding (queen size comforter).

Bought this washer and dryer as a set when we purchased our new home and it has been absolutely fantastic. It is a smart washer so there is an app you can download and there’s various options through the app of things you can do, and also tells you things like when to run a self-clean cycle too or when your washing machine is done running. We’ve had it for a year and are a home of 3 with a toddler and 3 animals, so laundry is something that is done very often in this home and we’ve had no issues whatsoever. The 2 guys who came and hooked them up on drop off day were also great and even ran both machines to make sure everything was working fine before they left. Overall very satisfied and would buy appliances through Best Buy again!!

So far it does the job it’s supposed to. I like that it has many cycles you can choose from, it’s very quiet while in use and very spacious for 4.7 cu ft. At the end of the day it’s just a washer thou they all do the same thing.

So far so good! We've had the washer for two months and love it. It will wash a LOT of clothes, and it's super quiet compared to our previous front loader. The water faucet is convenient for treating stains and the washer spins the clothes so well they don't require as long to dry.

I paired this with the Samsung - 7.2 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry - White and it’s the perfect combo. They are both simple to use, efficient and I got an amazing combo deal. If you need a great washer and dryer combo I recommend these together.

Washer is decent size. Works well so far. Also bought matching dryer that’s been great. Five stars for appliances. Zero stars for not teceiving my $25 gift card as part of a promotion. This even after numerous customer seevice contact via chat and phone calls.

Good solid working machine! Still working good and it’s been almost a year now.

Bought this washer Dec ‘23, it’s now April ‘24 and I have no complains. It’s so spacious inside and I love that I can fit my comforters inside. Family of 6 and we wash a load every other day. Love that it tells me when it needs to be cleans and it self cleans. I have it connected to the app and set the settings so all my kids need to do is load their clothes and press start.

Bought it on a deal. Washer is quiet, big space, clothes come out like super, super clean! Plus I can track it with my phone. Great washer overall.

Washer is very nice at a great price. But had a problem with it balance. Installers did not balance machine when they installed it.

Having no agitator is no problem for this washer. Cleans my clothes better than anything ive had before. App interface is cool too and letting you know your stuff is done on your devices is kinda cool. Also its insanely light one person can lift it easily.

Samsung makes great products and this is no exception! I love all of the features and there are so many.

I really like this machine. Beautiful and simple to operate. The only downside it’s a very tall machine, so even for my 5‘6“ self, I have to step on my tippy toes to get down deep into the washing machine to get clothes out but overall I really like it.

Very quiet A bit too deep. I’m 5-6.5 and I have a hard time reaching the bottom It works great cleans well
