Well, it started out great. Got the monitor for $999 on sale just before Christmas. Loving it. Fast forward to mid-April and I noticed the screen in the lower right corner was peeling away from the back of the frame. I hopped online and did some searching and found this was a common issue with this model. I contacted Samsung support since the monitor was still under warranty and they created a ticket and had a local repair guy contact me. He ordered the part we needed and set up a date to come swap out the screen. When that day arrived, he finds out they sent the wrong part. Okay, I figure they'll just send the right one and we'll try again. Nope. Samsung wants to give me an accommodation. Samsung support and I played SMS and phone tag for a week or two before they finally caught me at a good time. They want to refund my money and they'll send someone to pick up the monitor. Sigh... Why the sigh? Because I paid $999 for the one I got while it was on sale and now it is selling for $1699. I think I'll replace this monitor with another brand. Bye Samsung!

had an issue with the screen in 1st week owning. had to return and got an LG 45" same specs, better monitor for less cost
