Never buy open box and get a geek squad warranty when the product goes out they will not fix it and blame it on you i purchased this washer when the motor went out and I needed to get replaced the geek squad employee said that it was my fault it was broken

My washer shakes so bad & loud it unplugs from wall every cycle & the door flyes open along with the detergent holder. Checked to make sure its level & it was. Just the worst purchase ever. I wish i would have picked another one. I do not recommend unless you want to plug it back in with every wash.

At times, the motor is loud, as if it is stuck trying to engage. After a minute or two operation continues. Also, there is a sewage smell during draining but no evidence of a leak just yet. Did not have these issues with previous Samsung washer (2010 model), which lasted 15 years.
