It does the job and be very careful with the hinge on the door and the rubber seal on the inside. I’ve had to to get repaired and just got the set in Jan 2024 and here it is July 2024.

I gave this item a 3 out of 5 due to the washer door not being reversable. I have them stacked, and the open in opposite directions, so it is super awkward when trying to switch the loads.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am extremely unsatisfied with Best Buy and Samsung. Best Buy sold me a lemon and will not assist with a replacement or a refund. I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set from Samsung and less than 2 months later the washer stopped working with my clothes locked in the machine. I contacted Best Buy but they could not/would not help. They referred me to Samsung and it’s been a nightmare. Samsung has sent 5 technicians out and none of them have been able to fix they continue to show up with the wrong part and have to reschedule. The last technician came out on 1/5/24, had to use my WiFi to connect and after troubleshooting realized he had a defective part. I am almost a month without a washer and am awaiting Samsung to call me with the next appointment. I will never again purchase a Samsung product and definitely will never recommend their products. Finally, Samsung’s no service department is a joke and are no help at all. I’ve spoken with at least 10 representatives who have no clue how to help but they are very good reading from a script.

The best purchase I could make this is the best I've ever had
