The wager was not filling up with water. The repair man said it needed a new input valve. I don’t know if I should send it back or have it fixed. I paid a lot of money for this and don’t want problems in the future.

The proper water pressure for this washer is between 20-116 psi (137-800 kPa). Water pressure of less than 20 psi (137 kPa) may cause the water valve not to close completely. Or, it may take longer to fill the drum, causing the washer to turn off. You can check this article on the model's user manual link above on pages 19-20.

Overall this washer is great. It’s sleek, modern, efficient, and easy to use. I have had it since 2022 with normal issues. It needs to be drained from time to time and you need to keep the rubber lining clean on the door. I am having an issue with water pooling after a wash inside of the washer. I will be seeking help from Best Buy on the matter.

Best Samsung appliance so far. Have replaced several appliances with this brand due to my wife preferring how they look (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). This one is by far their best. Each other one has major or small issues with it. This one is just a nice big washing machine that does the job. My only problem with it so far is that it sometimes struggles when you have really, truly filthy things to put through it, it can take a few rewashes. (my toddler puked the bed; stomach virus. had to wash the world's filthiest kids' blankets, took several retries on "heavy duty"). But for every day use, this one really is a pretty good deal.
