I’ve had this machine for about a month. I stupidly did not add a warranty to it. I was told the cost of fixing it is relatively the same as a new machine because of the new technology, like everything. So depending on if it breaks on me in the next 3 years, I may change my stars. However, Samsung products have been typically reliable for me, so I’m hopeful. It has cleaned really well. We have a lot of tough laundry and it’s done really well. I thought a sanitizing feature would be on it? It’s not. That would be my only complaint- but there is a heavy cleaning feature, so I use that and things come out very clean. I have not yet used the steam feature but i will a lot. I love that it has it. It’s beautiful. I got the rose gold knobs. A very nice extra for a hard working machine

Washes great after taking out the shipping bolts we did not remove the shipping bolts for the first 2 weeks and their is a big whole on the wall from the washer moving so crazy but washer great overall

Super nice washer. I'm very happy with it overall. I do wish it allowed you to change things after you've pressed start, but maybe I just haven't figured that out yet.

Not sure what to say I bought a brand new Samsung washer and dryer and 2 weeks later the dryer broke down and I'm waiting for it to be repaired the washing machine still seems to be working fine still very disappointed to spend that kind of money on and appliance and less than 2 weeks in something breaks
