Greetings! We understand how important it is to get the best drying results, especially when you prefer alternatives like wool dryer balls. That makes perfect sense. Yes, wool dryer balls can absolutely be used with this Samsung washer dryer combo model, and dryer sheets are also fully compatible if you choose to use them. There are a couple of easy ways to add dryer sheets or wool dryer balls: 1. If you prefer more control, select a wash-only cycle first. Once the wash cycle is complete, open the door and add the dryer sheets or wool dryer balls. Then choose a dry-only cycle to begin drying. 2. If you are running a full wash-to-dry cycle, you can pause the machine during the dry cycle. Once paused, press the open door button, add the dryer sheets or wool dryer balls, close the door, and then press the play button to resume operation. This flexibility allows you to customize your laundry routine in a way that works best for you while still achieving excellent drying performance. Leo
