This washer is a beast when it comes to cleaning clothing. I love the fact that it also connects to my Samsung phone. With my Samsung phone, it keeps me in the know of how much time I have left but also notifies me when it's done or if any error occurs. Only ever had one error which was me testing it by not turning on the water, giving the error code for water issue. From large loads of bedding to normal ones of clothing, it does spectacular work. Love the pre-wash that you can use as well!

Absolutely love!!! Everything about it! Size is amazing- room for a king comforter with space!!! It has cut my laundry time down in half! I'm LOOKING for laundry to wash haha The auto dispenser is amazing- my kids can wash their own clothes without making a mess of detergent, using too much, or forgetting hahaha. It's so easy to use, fill, turn it on and press start! The water feature is great to remove stains and I also Double it up to fill my dogs water bowls in the laundry room! The app is a great feature. I havent played much with it other than having the convenience of knowing when the wash is done and ready to go into the dryer, which is a huge help! And the looks, it's just gorgeous! Don't think twice, just buy it!

Great washer for our lifestyle of bulky ski clothes and bedding. It is very deep so not for short people without a stool. Detergent loading is unique with the auto system and it seems to be working great but takes some learning.

My wife loves this dryer! It’s quiet and even fits our king size comforter with ease! The auto dispenser is super convenient also! To top it all off, my wife loves the black gold finish!

This washer is just what we needed. Large capacity, easy to use, top loading, built in detergent dispenser, etc. The only thing I wish was that the "smart" functionality was more meaningful. Right now it basically lets me see that it's running and alerts me when it's done. It would be great if I could control it from my phone as well.

The automatic detergent and softener feature will help save on detergent and is my favorite feature. Works great and it’s quiet.

Very quiet. Lovely styling it looks elegant in person. It has many different washing modes. This washer allows you to pre fill the soap so it stores soap and only uses what it need per load. Works with the SmartThings app.

Is not every day you buy a washer but if you do. I strongly recommend this one is very quiet, saves you on detergent and softener consumption, easy to use, easy to install.. but the BEST BUY part of this product is how easy it is to purchase it online picking it up at the warehouse not at the store. Absolutely love it.

Absolutely love this washer my clothes have never felt so clean and it’s fantastic how it doesn’t use so much water too. The automatic dispenser is a huge plus as well!! I was debating on getting a cheap washer so I could finish my laundry room but I decided to get a nice washer dryer set and I do NOT regret it!! I love how my shoes are clean now since the washer is gentle on them and with the dryer rack with the dryer my shoes don’t get damaged.

Great washer, I can fit a lot in there. I like the automatic detergent, softener option for washing cycles.

This washer has a large drum and can wash cal-king size bed sheets and comforters. Also comes with a mobile app but I haven't see much value in that app as yet.

My wife absolutely loves her purchase ! She looked at every other brand ( and swore she would never get a stinky front loader) and quickly decided on the Samsung .

I ABSOLUTELY love my washer! I’m able to do more laundry in one load which saves me so much time. The only downside is being short trying to get clothes from the bottom of the washer! Great buy!
