Wanted to switch from electric oven to gas. Good experience. Love cooking with gas and really like the convection oven feature.

Have Noel prepared ham and complete Easter dinner with this fabulous stove&range. Cooked a ham with the convection bake feature and it came out great! Love all the features it has to offer and look forward to preparing many meals on this appliance. Highly recommend it's features, never owned a range with controls on the front like this unit, but love it. The best buy installation Team were great, highly recommend them as they were very professional and made a point to ensure delivery and installation were complete and left no mess. Overall fabulous experience!

Finally converted to gas from electric & I could not be happier. I love the Smart Appliance capability. Installation & set up was very easy. Cleaning can be a little cumbersome with the large grills that cover multiple burners. One complaint: when installing, the plastic screw that is used as a foot for the range to adjust the height broke. I had to have it extended far to clear counter height. I moved it slightly & it snapped. Luckily my old stove used the same screw foot & I was able to swap it out. Something stronger than cheap plastic should be used IMO.

Bought this to complete the remodel of my kitchen. Timing takes some getting use too. Stove top seems to heat faster then my previous stoves. I really like the touch input of stove hitting 3.5.0 for temp is alot easier then holding a arrow up to get it there. As it preheats it tells you the current temp so you know when it about ready. Now Samsung needs to make black stainless matching small appliances toaster, coffee machines ect. That's the only setback no one make black stainless small appliances.

Im looking at three gas control knob that have broken on this range in the last 14 months. The plastic shaft where the knobs attaches to the range, have cracked and are no useless. The range that it replaced was over 20 years old and while I did get it repaired once or twice, the knobs were original. I replaced the first knob with a Samsung knob sourced from Sears and it cost over $50. When the other two broke within the last week, I was appalled at how poorly designed theses knobs are. I reached out to Samsung and they just gave me the web address of the Samsung parts distributor who wanted $62 for each new knob. Im thinking its only a matter of time before the other 3 break and I'll be on the hook for over $300 worth of replacement knobs, which is about a third of what I paid for the new range in the 1st place. Don't buy a Samsung range unless you want a headache like mine

Extremely strong burners, hard to clean if grease splatters.

Love it! Convection part doesn’t seem to work well.

After 2 months of owning the stove, the burner grates started to peel and rust. Called Best Buy and they said the part is not covered by warranty. Very disappointed. Now I have an ugly stove in mi nice kitchen island. Never buying Samsung again.

Everything works great but the color is pealing off by the knobs. Saw other reviews and looks like other have the same issue.

I replaced an older KitchenAid model with this one. A few design issues with the Samsung... 1. I wish there was a large and a small burner in the front (rather than two large in the front, and two small in the back & center). I mostly use a large and small at the time, it's awkward. 2. The gas flame turns on high to low. I prefer low to high, especially when cooking on low. You get a blast of flame turning the burner off and on. 3. The control knobs are HUGE. This is a design trend, but not functional. I lean into them (when cooking on the small burners in the back!). 4. More storage space below would be great. There's enough space for a few cookie sheets and that's about it. With limited cabinet space, I can use all the storage space I can get! I guess I was spoiled with the KitchenAid, but I'm sure once I get used to it, I'll love this one just as much!

The burners heat so quickly be careful not to burn your food :) They really save time. The black cooktop is super easy to clean, as is the stainless front plate. The middle grill has some slight uneven heating but worked well so far for pancakes or short kabobs. This range fit perfectly into a 30" wide opening. My counter is a half inch higher than standard but the unit has feet that were adjusted to raise to the custom height. The oven was used only once so far so not enough to report on but it was intuitive enough to operate by teenagers who did the baking. Looking forward to using it more!

This stove looks great in my kitchen and I love having a gas range after being stuck with electric for the last 8 years. I haven't had any issues with either the stove top or the oven. Everything I've made in the oven has turned out great. If there was one drawback, it's that you can't turn the oven light on when the door is closed.

The range is great, with five burners and an included griddle if you feel like making pancakes, but I enjoyed using the convection oven as it works quickly and consistently for any purpose, but is especially good for baking. I am usually cursed by uneven heating for baked goods and so this was a blessing.

This stove was purchased in combination with other Samsung kitchen appliances at the same time as well as a vent hood. Looks fabulous when paired up with the Samsung fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and another brand vent hood. Love the sealed burners and decided to go with the black top finish instead of the stainless steel top. Reason for the choice of black top was because it is easier to keep clean with so much cooking all the time. The oven did have a strong chemical smell when pre-heating the oven for the first time like other new ovens have. Opened the back kitchen door and heated the stove up high for 45 minutes prior to actually baking for the first time with it. Aesthetically, looks as good as stoves priced in the $2,000 and higher price point. However, do not cook that much to justify the cost and benefits. Upgraded from a basic free-standing stove.

Changed from electric to gas. Stove fit nicely in the existing space. Nice look and five burners.

Really like the sleek look of this slide in range, easy to use and I love the smart oven capabilities. The first complain I have about this range is the position of the touch screen on the range and how sensitive it is. I would often accidentally bump into the touch screen while working in the kitchen and due to it being ultra sensitive. I got used to it now and maneuver around it without accidentally bumping into the touch screen, most of the times. Second complaint is that the two small burners are on the rear of the range and it would have been nice to have atleast one on the front, but this is a Samsung design and I already am used to this configuration since it is my second range from this company so doesn’t bother me anymore.

a really good looking stove; knobs are sturdy; burners are intense; convection works great; only problem is the top is a shiny, black enamel and shows every speck and smear.
