Super disappointed in the quality of this bezel. I bought the Frame specifically for the option of changing the bezel to make it appear more like a picture frame than a TV. I followed all the directions, clipped the tabs on the back as directed and could not get the gaps to close. Whenever you try to squeeze them together, one will pop off the tv, flipping it towards the screen and making the tab pop out of the back. If this was a picture frame, I’d send it back and ask for it to be redone. I am a carpenter by trade and if any of my mitered trim looked like this i wouldnt have a job. I assume since this is an official Samsung product that 3rd party wont be any better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation:
1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them.
2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides.
3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place.
4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces.

Arrived broken did not realize that i did not have 30 days to exchange, best buy tried to sell me a membership to complete the return within the 30 days which i refused...then the said they would process the return but I had to talk to the online seller....did not realize i didn't buy from best buy. The seller gave me the runaround blaming best buy and ultimately just said the claim was resolved without doing anything. I had to contest with my bank.

Not impressed with this tv. It looks nice but that is about it. I watch antenna tv and with this tv I lost all of my favorite free channels. Not a app person so not for me.

The frame does not sit perfectly on the corners and is a bit flimsy. While it gives a nice aesthetic, the quality needs improvement to ensure it fits exactly to the 1 TV it is made for.

Ordered frame in package with TV. Both items delivered separately. Frame was delivered to wrong address and returned to Best Buy. After spending over 1 hour at the store and the same amount of time on the phone with the “service dept.” I was hung up on by them. Will never buy from BB again. Still no frame.

Tv dimensions are not accurate to the depictions provided. Television sound quality lacks in audio experience. overall dimensions and sound are not being advertised as sold. The format in which the tv is being advertised is misleading for an American consumer.

The frame looks no different than the frame that is on the TV. I thought it would be wider and noticeable
