The TV itself is laggy and interface not so great. The settings menu will sometimes not show up at all after pressing the button and you're left there waiting forever for the TV to do nothing. The TV itself looks nice and picture looks nice, but any of the menus make it feel really bad. I also purchased the magnetic frame that goes on the edges of the TV and they arent clipping in perfectly so there is a slight gap in the frame....

Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation:
1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them.
2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides.
3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place.
4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces.

For about $150 was expecting a better material and a better fit. From 5+ feet away it does the trick. But its cheap plastic that has gaps in each corner. If i had to do it again i would spend more for a real wood with better fitment.

bezel is to thin, in picture it seems to cover 3 inches into screen. it only covers the black part of the frame, about 1/2 inch. but it makes it look nicer.

Over priced for what it is. Easy to assemble but not well made as the corner clips that hold the frame together do not stay in their slots and keep fally out.

This TV is all looks and very little function. It looks great on the wall, but daily use of the TV brings out its shortcomings... the Tizen Operating System is an absolute joke. It's laggy, it crashes frequently and just feels like something that isn't ready for the real world. My advice would be to spend this amount of money on a much better TV (without the Tizen Operating System) and spend a bit more on a nice, shallow wall mount bracket. In the long run, you'll be happier.

It took six weeks to deliver to the darn store and I could not cancel due to the "website technicality". B&H had a sale and and I was able to get it cheaper. I had to argue to get the B&H price. Shop around first before committing to Best Buy.
