Both my washer and dryer have cracks in them in different places in Samsung denied my warranty thing that is considered physical damage When there’s no dents or scratches around, either of the cracks that are in different locations, it’s clearly a manufactures error with the material. However, Samsung doesn’t agree. They are less than 10 months old and almost $1500 for the set so I’m pretty upset I already have to looks at replacement options . I Do not recommend just due to the fact that Samsung is in fact their products 100% be weary and read your warranty before you purchase.

This items was delivered and installed incorrectly. There was a gas smell. We called local gas company and they confirmed gas leak. They shut the valve and ask us to call the installer ASAP. We called the geek squad and the scheduled a re-install. We got confirmation date/time frame on the phone by text. We waited all day and after 4 hrs delay called the BestBuy again and they said there was no appointment. We have all the email and text confirmations. We had to call local appliance business and they re-installed the item. It took 3 weeks total for before we could use the dryer.

We’ve had the dryer for 8 months and I can say it doesn’t consistently work. We’ve had to reduce the size of our laundry load by half just to have the clothes get dry in a single cycle, even then it takes multiple rounds before the clothes will be dry. If you have a family of 3 or more and consistently have loads of laundry to do, this dryer is not for you. It has such poor performance that we need to look into buying yet a second dryer in less than a year.

I was not told by the store staff, that this dryer doesn't have light. Unfortunately, I noticed it until the dryer was installed. I didn't pay attention to this feature because I didn't know there manufactured dryers without the inside light

We purchased this dryer a few months ago. It worked very well for about 2 months. Now it barely warms the clothes, and takes up to 8 hours to dry a load. Just waiting for it to die completely.

It did a good job, for the first 2 weeks. Then is started to make a loud rumbling noise and sounded like a truck. I called both Samsung and BestBuy. Samsung tech said it was damaged in delivery and it was BestBuy's responsibility. BestBuy said because it was after the initial 2 weeks they can't help. The dryer is fine, but the experience and lack of help is truly disappointing.

This dryer replaced our dead 13 year old wonderful Kenmore gas dryer. Well, it is the worst dryer we have ever owned. I tried to return it to Best Buyer but it was outside of the 14 day window to do so. It takes 3 hours to dry a big load. Our old dryer took 45 minutes...never another Samsung and I will think twice about a 14 day return window.

Bought this item over a month ago at Best Buy. I have been waiting for to ship since. Calling the store is a joke. Very bad service, ommunication and automated system are trash. Disappointing.

This dryer sucks. It takes 3-4 cycles to dry a normal load regardless of the temperature. Not sure if it was installed improperly by the guys best buy sent.

And I want to apologize if it takes 3-4 cycles to dry a normal load. If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes.
To make sure you're performing the right troubleshooting steps, first determine if your dryer has hot air at all, then we'll guide you through the steps to resolve your issue.
